Extraordinary Session of the Regional Assembly
An extraordinary session of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Assembly is currently under way, during which the Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region is presenting information on the situation in the healthcare institutions managed by the regional self-government, including the Provincial Integrated Hospital (WSZ) in Toruń. The agenda also includes a statement by a representative of the Residents’ Agreement of the National Physicians’ Trade Union concerning the situation at the Toruń hospital.

The session is attended by the directors of all seven hospitals managed by the regional self-government:
- Oncology Centre in Bydgoszcz
- Provincial Children’s Hospital in Bydgoszcz
- Provincial Integrated Hospital in Toruń
- Provincial Specialist Hospital in Włocławek
- Provincial Mental Health Hospital in Świecie
- Kujawsko-Pomorskie Centre of Pulmonology
- Provincial Infectious Diseases Hospital
The seven hospitals administered by the regional self-government are modernised on an ongoing basis, equipped with advanced medical technology, and managed to high standards. Their highly qualified medical teams provide patients with professional care while maintaining the highest clinical and ethical standards.
