Regional Parliament Session
The next session of the Regional Parliament will be held on Monday, 28 September. The proceedings will be streamed online on the Regional Parliament’s website under “Session Recordings”. The agenda is available online.
During the first part of the session, councillors will receive updates on the activities of the regional self-government, as well as the current work of the Regional Parliament and the Executive Board. They will also be presented with information on the implementation of healthcare service contracts concluded by the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Branch of the National Health Fund for 2026. This will include, among other things, the number and value of contracts, as well as information on the settlement of services provided in excess of contracted amounts during the first and second quarters of this year.
The session will also include an update on the progress of road investment projects across the region. Councillors will be briefed on the progress of the most important road projects being carried out by the regional self-government.
Councillors will consider draft amendments to the Region’s Multiannual Financial Forecast for 2026–2047 and to the regional budget for 2026.
Another item on the agenda is a draft resolution concerning financial assistance for the Municipality of Żnin to modernise the Michał Joachimowski Municipal Stadium. The PLN 1.5 million grant will support an investment project including the construction of new covered stands, installation of a pitch irrigation system, and construction of an artificial-surface football pitch with lighting. The project, carried out by the Municipality of Żnin, is part of the Sports Infrastructure Development Programme for the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region and has received a positive assessment from the Ministry of Sport and Tourism.
Councillors will also consider a draft resolution concerning the extension of a lease agreement for a property in Latkowo used by the Tax Administration Chamber in Bydgoszcz for the operation of the Customs Office in Inowrocław. Extending the agreement until the end of November 2029 will allow the property to continue serving as a customs clearance facility.
The agenda also includes draft regulations for the Prymus Pomorza i Kujaw Plus scholarship programme for the 2026/2027–2028/2029 school years. The programme is aimed at talented primary and secondary school students from the region who achieve outstanding academic results but have not received support under the Prymus Pomorza i Kujaw II programme. The planned budget is up to PLN 800,000 per year.
