Support for People Affected by Domestic Violence
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line operates a free helpline at 800 154 030. Legal advisers and psychologists are available for face-to-face consultations in Toruń. Legal advice is also available on designated days during monthly duty hours in six other cities across the region.
The Blue Line is staffed every day by a lawyer and a psychologist who provide assistance with matters related to domestic violence and family problems. Their support is available, among others, to people seeking advice on parental authority, arrangements for personal contact with children, child maintenance and addiction-related problems. Consultants are available every day, including public holidays and other non-working days, from 5 to 9 p.m.
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region Self-Government oversees the Blue Line and, in cooperation with 140 municipalities, finances its operation.
Representatives of the Family Support, Violence Prevention and Addiction Support Office at the Marshal’s Office, who also provide assistance to people affected by violence, can be contacted at 503 101 201. Detailed information is available at niebieskalinia.kujawsko-pomorskie.pl.
