Meet a Humanoid Robot under the Kujawy Sky in Ciechocinek

On 29 August, “Summer in the Constellations” will arrive in Ciechocinek, where the Picnic under the Kujawy Sky will take place at the Museum of Salt Works and Spa Treatment.

The event is being organised as part of the “Summer in the Constellations” campaign and will provide an opportunity to discover and promote together what is most valuable in our region – its traditions, culture, flavours and unique places. We also want to introduce participants to the history and heritage of the most popular spa resort in our voivodeship – Ciechocinek Spa.

– Kujawsko-Pomorskie is a region full of inspiring places and extraordinary attractions. “Summer in the Constellations” is an excellent opportunity to discover them in an atmosphere of shared fun, take part in concerts, workshops and outdoor events, and spend time with family and friends. I invite everyone to join us for the next events in our summer series – says Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., participants will be able to enjoy numerous attractions, workshops and activities for both younger and older visitors, including a family zone, competitions, stands of Kujawy partners, music from Kujawy, an outdoor cinema, museum tours, an evening bonfire under the stars and much more.

A special guest at the event will be Kujawik – a humanoid robot specially programmed for the occasion. Through direct interaction with participants, it will present the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Constellations of Good Places, Kujawy and Uzdrowisko Ciechocinek S.A. in a modern and engaging way. In this way, we want to combine the region’s heritage with modern technology and show that the tourist attractions of our voivodeship can also be presented in an unconventional and appealing manner.

Everyone interested will also be able to collect another stamp in their “picnic passport”. Special souvenirs await those who complete the full set of stamps in their passport.

“Summer in the Constellations” is a regional tourism promotion campaign created by the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Tourism Organisation, building a coherent tourism offer for Kujawy and Pomorze.
