Local Products Directly from Producers

Fresh products from regional producers, traditional preserves, cheeses, cured meats, bread and goose meat specialities are just some of the products available on the naszelokalne.pl platform. Orders for the next delivery can be placed until 19 October. Products will be available for collection in Toruń on 22 October, while courier deliveries are scheduled for 23 October.

– The naszelokalne.pl project demonstrates that good food can reach our tables directly from local producers. In this way, we support farmers and small farms across the region, while residents gain access to fresh, trusted, high-quality products – emphasises Piotr Całbecki, Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region.

We particularly recommend goose meat specialities from Marianki Farm, run by Mirosława and Bogdan Liczbik. The range includes goose pâté, sausage preserved in jars and traditional lard with crispy cracklings.

Other popular products include sugar-free damson plum preserves from the fruit farm run by Ewa and Mieczysław Chabowski, organic white wheat flour from Kazimierz Jachymski, poultry pâté from Dorota Słomkowska, as well as natural yoghurt, ricotta and farmhouse butter from the Swędrowscy Farm. Also worth exploring are cold-pressed linseed oil from Wielkie Rychnowo and sourdough bread made from an ancient variety of rye known as krzyca, produced by the Wróbel Herb Farm.

To collect an order, customers simply need to provide their first name, surname and order number. Collection is free of charge. Home delivery within Toruń is also available between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Details and conditions of this service can be checked when placing an order.

The high quality of products available on the platform is reflected in the awards won by its suppliers. During the 25th edition of the “Our Culinary Heritage – Tastes of the Regions” competition, held in Poznań on 26 September, gooseberry preserves produced by the fruit farm of Ewa and Mieczysław Chabowski received the prestigious Pearl Award, presented by the Polish Chamber of Regional and Local Products. The same award was presented for Kruszwica-style fish prepared by OL-MAT Sp. z o.o., a company run by Małgorzata and Maciej Gombiński.

Naszelokalne.pl is more than just an online shop offering regional food. The platform has been included in the Interreg Central Europe programme’s database of good practices, as part of the FISSH project implemented by one of our regional government institutions. This recognition highlights its innovative use of digital tools to shorten food supply chains and connect local producers directly with consumers.

Regional specialities are not only finding their way into home kitchens. Some of the products available through naszelokalne.pl are also used in the menu at Stodoła Restaurant, where locally sourced ingredients form the basis of the dishes served. Selected products can also be purchased directly at the restaurant, allowing visitors to combine a meal with the opportunity to stock up on regional specialities.
