August flavours straight from local producers

The latest offer available at naszelokalne.pl includes both fresh products from regional farms and traditional goods prepared by local producers. Among the items available are aromatic plum preserves, homemade poultry pâté, wheat flour, linseed oil, as well as cheeses, cured meats, fish, bread, honey and a wide variety of fruit and vegetable preserves. Orders can be placed until 24 August.

Thanks to DPD FOOD delivery under controlled temperature conditions, products can also be ordered by residents both from our region and from outside the voivodeship. Parcels are transported within a refrigerated supply chain, ensuring appropriate conditions and product safety, and will reach customers on 28 August. Delivery availability for a specific address can be checked directly on the shop website.

– The naszelokalne.pl project shows that good food can reach our tables directly from local producers. In this way, we support farmers and small farms from the region, while residents gain access to fresh, trusted, high-quality products – emphasises Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

New products include pattypan squash, courgettes and red kohlrabi from the Cztery Strony Ciszy natural garden. Customers can also add Swiss chard, parsley, rocket or edible nasturtium flowers to their baskets.

The shop operates according to the concept of short food supply chains – products reach customers directly from farmers and producers. Orders are collected in advance so that deliveries can take place shortly after production or harvesting, helping the food retain its freshness and natural flavour. Products are packed in environmentally friendly reusable bags.

The next delivery is scheduled for 27 August, and ordered products can be collected from four locations:

• Marshal’s Office, Plac Teatralny 2 – buffet, 3rd floor (2:30 p.m.–4:00 p.m.)
• Marshal’s Office, ul. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie 73 – room 16 (2:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.)
• Nicolaus Copernicus University Auditorium, ul. Jurija Gagarina 11 (3:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.)
• Przysiek, ul. Parkowa 1B – 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.

Within Toruń, purchases can also be delivered directly to customers’ homes between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the same day.

Products available in the shop are used not only in home kitchens. Many of them are also featured on the menu of Restauracja Stodoła, where local ingredients form the basis of the dishes served. Some products can also be purchased directly on site, combining a visit to the restaurant with shopping for regional goods.
