Regulations of the Kujawy Pomorze Film Fund
- The Kujawy Pomorze Film Fund is an initiative of the Self-Government of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region aimed at developing artistic creativity and supporting the film industry, thereby contributing to the economic promotion of the region and building a positive image of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie as a film region.
- The purpose of the Kujawy Pomorze Film Fund, hereinafter referred to as the “Fund,” is to financially support film productions, with particular emphasis on those connected to the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region either thematically or through their production location.
- The Fund operates within the department responsible for promotion at the Marshal’s Office of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region in Toruń. The department responsible for promotion manages the Fund, oversees the implementation of its objectives, and secures budgetary resources for its operation.
- The Fund’s resources come from the budget of the Self-Government of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region and from European Funds (within the framework of projects implemented directly by the Kujawsko-Pomorskie) and are distributed through open calls for film productions.
- Applications/projects submitted in the calls may be filed by entities conducting business activities in the field of film production. The terms and conditions of each call will be available at film.kujawsko-pomorskie.pl and kujawsko-pomorskie.pl.
- Applications submitted to the Fund may concern the production of feature films, documentaries, or animated films. The Fund defines the rules for each call separately for every edition.
- The organizer of the calls will be the department responsible for promotion at the Marshal’s Office of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region, located at Plac Teatralny 2, 87-100 Toruń.
