260 Kilometres of Cycling Adventure

The longest cycling adventure of the season is ahead of us as part of the “Eskapada. Discover Your Region with a Guide” initiative. From 11 to 13 September, cycling enthusiasts will set off from Toruń on a three-day route covering approximately 260 kilometres and taking them through the picturesque corners of Kujawy and Pomorze. Over the three days, participants will travel across the region together, with accommodation, meals, as well as time for socialising and relaxation provided along the way.

“The popularity of our cycling tours shows that the people of Kujawy and Pomorze need no encouragement to enjoy active leisure. Interest is enormous – places for our events often fill up within just a few hours of registration opening. We are delighted about this, because cycling together is not only a great way to spend time actively, but also an opportunity to discover the beautiful corners of our region with family and friends,” says Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

Three days – three diverse stages:

Stage One: 11 September – approx. 83 km

Toruń – Ostromecko – Topolno – Chrystkowo – Poledno

The first stage will take participants from Toruń via Ostromecko and Topolno to Chrystkowo, where they will visit the historic Mennonite Homestead. The day will end in Poledno.

Stage Two: 12 September – approx. 108 km

Poledno – Pruszcz – Serock – Koronowo – Różanna – Zamrzenica – Piła – Poledno

The longest stage of the tour will take the form of a loop. The route will include, among other places, Koronowo, the ferry crossing over the Brda River in Różanna, the area around the Koronowo Reservoir, and the site of the former “Montania” lignite mine in Piła.

Stage Three: 13 September – approx. 70 km

Poledno – Gruczno – Chełmno – Starogród – Unisław – Toruń

On the final day, participants will set off towards Toruń, travelling through Gruczno, Chełmno, Starogród and Unisław. The three-day adventure will finish at the AZS Marina in Toruń.

Detailed information is available in the PDF document.

The season will conclude with a cycling tour starting in Cekcyn on 3 October and taking participants through the picturesque landscapes of the Tuchola Forests. Registration will open soon on the registration website.
