Support for people affected by domestic violence
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line operates under the toll-free number 800 154 030. Legal and psychological consultants are available for in-person meetings in Toruń, and legal advice is also offered on designated days during monthly duty hours in six other cities across the region.
The Blue Line is staffed daily by a lawyer and a psychologist who provide assistance in cases related to domestic violence or family problems. Their support is available, among others, to individuals seeking advice on matters such as parental authority, arranging contact with a child, alimony, and issues related to addiction. Consultants are on duty every day, including weekends and public holidays, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line is supervised by the regional government, which finances its operation in cooperation with 140 municipalities.
Representatives of the Family Support, Violence Prevention and Addiction Office at the Marshal’s Office, who also provide assistance to those affected, can be contacted at 503 101 201. Detailed information is available at: niebieskalinia.kujawsko-pomorskie.pl
