“Welcome to Our Fairytale” – Join Us for a Family Festival
A colourful world of fairytale characters, jugglers, circus performers and valiant knights awaits visitors this Saturday (5 September) at the Diocesan Cultural Centre of the Toruń Diocese at Bierzgłowski Castle near Toruń, where the “Fairytale Castle” family festival will take place. The programme includes entertainment activities, concerts, a soap bubble show and a tightrope theatre performance. The star of the evening will be Majka Jeżowska. The regional government is a co-organiser of the event.
– At our “Fairytale Castle” you will meet characters from your childhood, listen to extraordinary concerts, watch fascinating performances and take part in inspiring workshops. I assure you that you will have a wonderful time – encourages Marshal Piotr Całbecki.
The fairytale gathering at Bierzgłowski Castle will begin at 1 p.m. with the Grand Parade of Fairytale Characters. Participants will also be able to enjoy an outdoor adventure game, a DIY zone and a fairytale costume rental area, while the evening will feature fire shows and video mapping projected onto the castle walls. Majka Jeżowska’s concert will begin at 7 p.m.
The event has been organised thanks to the cooperation between Marshal Piotr Całbecki and Bishop Arkadiusz Okroj, Ordinary of the Diocese of Toruń.
