Support for People Affected by Domestic Violence
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line Helpline operates under the freephone number 800 154 030. Consultations with legal advisers and psychologists are available in person in Toruń. Legal advice is also provided on designated days during monthly duty hours in six other cities across the region.
The Blue Line Helpline is staffed every day by a lawyer and a psychologist, who provide assistance in matters related to domestic violence and family problems. Their support is available, among others, to people seeking advice on parental responsibility, arrangements for personal contact with a child, maintenance payments and addiction-related problems. The consultants are on duty every day, including public holidays, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line Helpline is supervised by the regional government, which finances its operation in cooperation with 140 municipalities.
Representatives of the Family Support, Violence Prevention and Addiction Office of the Marshal’s Office, who also provide support to people affected by violence, can be contacted by telephone at 503 101 201. Detailed information is available at niebieskalinia.kujawsko-pomorskie.pl.
