Region Day: Hot Air Balloon Fiesta and Culinary Shows

Traditionally, the hot air balloon fiesta is part of the celebrations of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region Day. This weekend, the skies were once again dominated by colorful hot air balloons. Morning and evening flights, crew competitions, and a ceremonial parade through the city created a spectacle that will be remembered for a long time.

Also this weekend, the Toruń Ethnographic Museum is hosting the Toruń Tasty Goods Fair (Targi Rzeczy Smacznych), open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The programme includes culinary demonstrations by well-known chefs, tastings, a market of traditional and regional products, as well as a pop music concert. We invite everyone to take part in the Region Day events.
