New Green Products in the naszelokalne.pl Offer
Orders for fresh products from regional producers can be placed until May 25. The offer includes, among other items, cheeses, cold cuts, fish, bread, honey, and fruit and vegetable preserves prepared in small farms and family-run workshops.
“The naszelokalne.pl project shows that good food can reach our tables directly from local producers. In this way, we support farmers and small farms from the region, while residents gain access to fresh, trusted, high-quality products,” emphasizes Marshal Piotr Całbecki.
Among the new additions are fresh vegetables and herbs from the natural garden Cztery Strony Ciszy. Customers can add mixed lettuce, arugula, as well as fragrant lovage and oregano to their baskets.
The store operates based on the idea of short food supply chains—products are delivered directly from farmers and producers to customers. Orders are collected in advance so that deliveries can take place immediately after production or harvest, allowing the food to retain its freshness and natural flavor. Products are packed in eco-friendly reusable bags.
The next delivery is scheduled for May 28, and ordered products can be collected at four locations:
- Marshal’s Office, Plac Teatralny 2 – buffet, 3rd floor (2:30 p.m.–4:00 p.m.)
- Marshal’s Office, 73 Maria Skłodowska-Curie Street – Room 16 (2:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.)
- Auditorium of Nicolaus Copernicus University, 11 Jurija Gagarina Street (3:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.)
- Przysiek, 1B Parkowa Street – 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. (after arranging by phone: 504 826 202)
Within Toruń, purchases can also be delivered directly to customers’ homes between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the same day. DPD FOOD delivery is scheduled for May 29.
Products available in the store are used not only in home kitchens. Many of them also appear on the menu of Restauracja Stodoła, where local ingredients form the basis of the dishes served. Some products can also be purchased directly on site, combining a restaurant visit with shopping for regional goods.
