Juniorbiz – It’s the Idea That Counts!
We invite children and young people attending primary and secondary schools in our region to take part in the Business Idea – Juniorbiz competition. Entries can be submitted from October 1 to November 5. Attractive prizes await the winners.
The competition will be held in three categories tailored to the participants’ age groups.
- Category I – Grades 1-3 of primary school
Students prepare an artwork entitled “My Mini-Business”, presenting their vision of a company, product or service.
- Category II – Grades 4-8 of primary school
Participants are asked to create an advertising video or short-form video presenting their idea for a business, product or service.
- Category III – Secondary schools (excluding schools for adults)
Students prepare a business plan, presenting their idea in the form of a project that could be developed in the future.
Participants may work individually or – in Categories II and III – in teams of up to three people. Teachers may support them in developing their projects as academic or subject-matter advisors.
We encourage you to share information about the competition with schools and teachers, as well as to tell your own children, grandchildren, other family members and friends who meet the eligibility criteria about it. There may well be future entrepreneurs, designers, innovators and creators of exciting solutions among the young people in your community.
