From the Field, Garden and Artisan Workshop – July Offer at naszelokalne.pl
The range of products available in the online store changes with the rhythm of nature. Summer brings an increasing selection of fresh fruit and vegetables from regional farms. Orders for products from local producers available through naszelokalne.pl can be placed until 20 July. The offer includes cheeses, cured meats, fish, bread, honey, and fruit and vegetable preserves produced by small farms and family-run artisan businesses.
“The naszelokalne.pl project demonstrates that high-quality food can reach our tables directly from local producers. In this way, we support farmers and small farms across the region while giving residents access to fresh, trusted products of the highest quality,” said Marshal Piotr Całbecki.
New additions to the July offer include broad beans, young zucchini, and Swiss chard leaves from the Cztery Strony Ciszy natural garden. Customers can also order mixed salad leaves, rocket, fragrant lovage and oregano, kale, and edible nasturtium flowers.
The store operates on the principle of short food supply chains, with products delivered directly from farmers and producers to customers. Orders are collected in advance so that deliveries can be made immediately after production or harvest, ensuring maximum freshness and natural flavour. All products are packed in reusable eco-friendly shopping bags.
The next delivery is scheduled for 23 July, and orders can be collected at four locations:
- Marshal’s Office, Plac Teatralny 2 – buffet, 3rd floor (2:30–4:00 p.m.)
- Marshal’s Office, 73 Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie Street – Room 16 (2:30–4:30 p.m.)
- Nicolaus Copernicus University Auditorium, 11 Jurija Gagarina Street (3:00–4:00 p.m.)
- Przysiek, 1B Parkowa Street (12:00–8:00 p.m., by prior telephone arrangement: +48 504 826 202)
Within the city of Toruń, orders can also be delivered directly to customers’ homes between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the same day. DPD FOOD deliveries will also take place on 23 July.
The products available through the store are used not only in home kitchens. Many of them also feature on the menu at Restauracja Stodoła, where locally sourced ingredients form the basis of the dishes served. Selected products can also be purchased directly at the restaurant, allowing visitors to combine a meal with shopping for regional specialties.
