Przystanek JPII – Countdown to the Event!

Piotr Całbecki, Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region, invites participants to the third edition of Przystanek JPII. Date: 12 June, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Venue: European Centre for Youth Cooperation, Wola Zamkowa 12A, Toruń. Who is it for? Young people looking for inspiration, personal growth, and ways to consciously shape their future. Participation rules and registration form available online.

“This will be a space for meeting, conversation, and action, bringing together topics important to the younger generationsocial engagement, sport, faith, values, and personal development. Let’s be there together!” encourages Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

  • Marcin Kruszewski (@prawomarcina) – promoter of legal education among young people
  • Edward Warchocki (@edwardwarchocki) – Poland’s first autonomous robot influencer promoting new technologies
  • Monika Gomułka and Marcin Gomułka (@poczatekwiecznosci.pl) – creators of inspirational content about relationships and values
  • Tomasz Kozłowski (@ksiadznarolkach) – ZHP chaplain and youth pastor combining faith, sport, and everyday life

What Is Przystanek JPII?

  • Inspiration in the Spirit of John Paul II

The event refers to values associated with John Paul II, patron of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region: courage, responsibility, and the search for one’s own path. It is intended as a space where young people can find motivation for action and self-development.

  • Education Beyond School

Panels, workshops, and meetings with practitioners provide opportunities to develop social skills, build motivation, and reflect on personal growth in an engaging format tailored to younger audiences.

  • A Safe and Meaningful Space

Participants will have access to: a main stage, sports zone, workshop area, relaxation zone and refreshments prepared by food trucks. Medical support and security services will also be provided throughout the event.

  • Local initiatives within youth clubs (LGD) – how to get involved in interesting community activities
  • Kujawsko-Pomorskie Banner of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association – “ActionReaction! Be PreparedCzuwaj!” workshops

The number of places is limited, and participation is determined by the order of registration via the application form. The organizer will reimburse travel expenses in accordance with the event regulations.

The event is organized by the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Self-Government.
