Sports Investments in the Region. Call Launched for the “Kujawsko-Pomorskie Small Sports Infrastructure – 2026 Edition”

The regional self-government has opened the call for applications under the program “Kujawsko-Pomorskie Small Sports Infrastructure – 2026 Edition.” This year’s funding pool amounts to PLN 4 million and will be allocated to co-finance local sports and recreational investments carried out by regional self-government units.

“Our Kujawsko-Pomorska Small Sports Infrastructure program is implemented with the aim of supporting sports and recreational facilities, especially in small townsplaces where opportunities for sports and everyday physical activity are simply lacking. We want the development of this infrastructure to respond to the specific needs of local communities. The funds are also allocated to modernize sports fields in locations that lack adequate sports space,” says Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

Funding may be obtained for investment projects of a general sports and recreational nature, including:

  • modernization of sports fields (including beach facilities),
  • tennis courts,
  • outdoor gyms and calisthenics equipment,
  • skateparks,
  • water sports infrastructure,
  • other publicly accessible sports facilities.

The grant also covers complementary elements of the investment, including:

  • construction or replacement of fencing,
  • facility lighting,
  • stands,
  • changing room and social facilities,
  • irrigation systems,
  • or modular equipment forming an integral part of the facility (e.g., volleyball posts, floating piers).

The maximum value of a single project may not exceed PLN 200,000. Funding may reach up to PLN 100,000 and no more than 50% of the investment value. Projects may consist of several components and – in justified cases – may be implemented in different locations.

All investments must be completed by October 31, 2026.

Applications must be submitted exclusively in electronic form (scans of signed documents) to: punkt.informacyjny@kujawsko-pomorskie.pl no later than March 6, 2026.

Detailed rules of the call and the application form are available on our website:
