The Relay to the Kujawy Pomorze 26 World Championships is gaining momentum!

Sadki in Nakło County, Mogilno, Pakość in Inowrocław County, Jabłonowo Pomorskie (Brodnica County), and Lipno – these locations are already behind us on the map of the championship relays. 44 days remain until HMŚ Kujawy Pomorze 26. Today we will visit Rojewo (Inowrocław County), where the relay baton will be taken over by a strong team from LZS Znicz Rojewo. We will see how footballers and young athletes are joining forces to count down together to the great sporting celebration.

“The upcoming championships are a great opportunity to promote an active lifestyle,” emphasizes Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

“As part of our ‘50 Relays of Kujawy and Pomorze’ cycle, for 50 days, every day in a different municipality, we organize various sports and community activities addressed to children, youth, adults, and entire families. We also want the coming days to foster a sense of community and the joy of experiencing the approaching sporting celebration together. Together, we are creating these championships!”

On Monday (2 February) in Jabłonowo Pomorskie, young athletes from the ABiC Jabłonowo Pomorskie club proved that the future of sport in our region is in excellent hands. Their enthusiasm and determination at every meter of training provided a beautiful introduction to the upcoming championships. Joint exercises and the symbolic handover of the relay baton showed that the road to great dreams begins with passion nurtured by local coaches and sports animators.

The next stop on our route was Lipno, where we visited fighters from the Lipno Kyokushin Karate Club and Boxing Team Lipno. Discipline, incredible willpower, and a fighting spirit—these are the qualities that connect champions of the tatami with champions of the track. Athletes from Lipno took over the relay baton with great energy, proving that the entire Kujawy and Pomorze region lives and breathes sport in all its forms.

Today (4 February) brings another stop—Rojewo, where a training session with young footballers and athletes from LKS Znicz Rojewo awaits us. We will see how local talents are honing their form ahead of the upcoming athletics celebration!
