Funding for good initiatives — grant competitions for NGOs in the region
Nearly PLN 10 million will be allocated to non-governmental organisations in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region for the implementation of public tasks addressed to local residents. Currently, calls for proposals amounting to almost PLN 6.8 million have been announced.
The regional self-government has launched 21 open calls for proposals, with application deadlines for most of them set for 27 February 2026. Detailed regulations are available at ngo.kujawsko-pomorskie.pl.
“Non-governmental organisations are an important partner of the regional self-government in implementing public policies — from culture and sport, through health care and social assistance, to local development. I encourage active participation in the calls and the submission of proposals,” emphasises Marshal Piotr Całbecki.
Calls open until 27 February 2026 concern the following areas:
- organisation of sports events
- tasks in the field of culture, art, protection of cultural assets and national heritage
- addressing alcohol-related problems
- prevention of drug addiction
- activation of rural communities in the field of addiction prevention
- support for developmental activities for children and young people at risk of social exclusion
- support for educational and mentoring activities for children and young people carried out by youth organisations
- social activation and integration of seniors
- support for activities related to care for people with chronic illnesses
- health protection and promotion
- development and promotion of tourism in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region
- mental health protection
- building independence and social inclusion of people with disabilities
- prevention of domestic violence
- organisation and delivery of a training and advisory programme for non-governmental organisations
- support for families in fulfilling parental roles
- organisation of large-scale sports events
Calls open until 6 March 2026:
- vocational and social rehabilitation of people with disabilities
- organisation of the Non-Governmental Organisations Forum of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region
- Call open until 31 March 2026:
- improvement of the condition and sanitary standards of bee colonies
Call open on a continuous basis:
- co-financing of own contribution to projects funded from external sources (applications accepted from 28 January to 30 September 2026)
