With a business mission to Uzbekistan and Italy – register your company
The Marshal’s Office company – the Toruń Regional Development Agency – invites entrepreneurs from the region to take part in business missions to Uzbekistan and Italy. This is an opportunity to promote regional companies from the cosmetics and food industries on foreign markets. The trips are organized as part of the project “Export Fund for Kujawy and Pomorze”, co-financed by the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomorze 2021-2027 programme.
“Our Export Fund provides companies from Kujawy and Pomorze with financial and organizational support in the form of opportunities to explore foreign markets and acquire new business partners and contractors,” says Marshal Piotr Całbecki.
The Toruń Regional Development Agency invites entrepreneurs to submit applications for the following business missions:
- To Italy to the Cosmoprof Worldwide trade fair, which will take place on 26-28 March in Bologna.
These are among the largest and most important cosmetics industry trade fairs in the world. They provide a key platform for establishing business contacts, presenting product launches, learning about trends and developing international cooperation.
The application deadline is 20 February 2026. The maximum level of support is 70% of participation costs. Details are available on the project website.
- To Uzbekistan to the International Exhibition on Food, Ingredients and Food Technologies, which will be held on 1-3 April in Tashkent.
This is a key trade fair for the food industry in Central Asia. It brings together food manufacturers as well as suppliers of technologies and equipment used in the food sector, representing both domestic and international markets.
Applications will be accepted from 12 to 27 February 2026. The maximum level of support is 70% of total participation costs. Details are available on the project website.
Both business missions are open to entrepreneurs who:
- belong to the SME sector in the Kujawy and Pomorze Region,
- conduct activities consistent with the theme of the trade fairs,
- have a product or service with export potential in their offer,
- have an Exporter’s Action Plan – this is a mandatory requirement (companies that do not yet have such a plan may apply for its preparation).
