Kujawsko-Pomorskie Loan Fund: new preferential loans

Board member of the provincial government, Marek Wojtkowski, president of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Development Fund (KPFR) Kamila Radzicka, and representatives of the regional Kujawsko-Pomorskie Loan Fund (KPFP) – president Agnieszka Wasita and vice-president Monika Szelc – met with journalists today (12 December) to announce the launch, in the first quarter of 2026, of highly favorable preferential loans for pro-environmental investments. The total pool of funds exceeds PLN 160 million.

“These are substantial resources earmarked for important initiatives in the field of renewable-energy-based power generation and the circular economy. The financial instruments we will offer potential beneficiaries are extremely attractive: interest of just 1% per year, repayment terms of up to 15 years, and the possibility of applying for significant loan forgiveness. I am confident that we will launch these loans starting in January 2026,” emphasized board member Marek Wojtkowski.

The agreement concerning the financing of the new loans—funded through our regional programme European Funds for Kujawsko-Pomorskie (FEdKP)—was signed today between KPFR and KPFP.

During the meeting, president Kamila Radzicka announced that with the agreements signed today, KPFR has now transferred to the financial operators the full set of financial products planned for implementation under the 2021–2027 FEdKP perspective—amounting in total to PLN 560 million.
