INFORMATION PORTAL OF THE MARSHAL'S OFFICE OF THE KUJAWSKO-POMORSKIE Region IN TORUŃ

Thirteen artists and employees of cultural institutions received awards on Monday (17 November) at the Nicolaus Copernicus Library for their achievements in creating and promoting culture. The honorees were congratulated by Marshal Piotr Całbecki and Deputy Marshal Zbigniew Ostrowski.

“Congratulations to all the award recipients, and thank you for your responsible and hard work,” said Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

The awardees were:

• Dominika Krawańska – Wozownia Art Gallery in Toruń
• Jowita Kunicka – Gallery and Centre for Children’s Art in Toruń
• Patrycja Nowatkowska – Gallery and Centre for Children’s Art in Toruń
• Dorota Mikrut – Chopin Centre in Szafarnia (Golub-Dobrzyń County)
• Danuta Szałkowska – Lubostroń Palace (Żnin County)
• Karolina Kasprzak – Voivodeship Cultural Animation Centre in Toruń
• Małgorzata Siemianowska – Voivodeship Cultural Animation Centre in Toruń
• Dorota Ratajczak – Kuyavian-Pomeranian Cultural Centre in Bydgoszcz
• Anna Serwach – Kuyavian-Pomeranian Cultural Centre in Bydgoszcz
• Maria Głowacka – Centre of Contemporary Art “Signs of the Times” in Toruń
• Katarzyna Ostrowska-Jagielska – Centre of Contemporary Art “Signs of the Times” in Toruń
• Maciej Karmiński – Toruń Improvised Orchestra
• Szymon Szetela – Bach Society in Toruń

Applications for the awards are submitted by the directors of cultural institutions.

The ceremony was enriched by a concert by Joanna Czajkowska.
