INFORMATION PORTAL OF THE MARSHAL'S OFFICE OF THE KUJAWSKO-POMORSKIE Region IN TORUŃ

Nearly 200 representatives of institutions involved in social assistance and integration, family support and foster care systems, as well as non-governmental organizations, are taking part in the 10th Kujawsko-Pomorskie Forum of Social Economy, organized by the Regional Center for Social Policy in Toruń, part of the Marshal’s Office. The conference is attended by Marek Wojtkowski, Member of the Board of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, and Katarzyna Lubańska, Vice-President of the Regional Parliament.

The two-day forum, held under the theme “Staff Wellbeing as a Condition for Effective Support,” includes a plenary session and thematic workshops. The first day focuses on key issues in social assistance and social policy, including planned amendments to the Social Assistance Act. The second day will be devoted to the education and professional development of social assistance staff — the most important link in the support chain.

The 10th Kujawsko-Pomorskie Forum of Social Policy is held under the honorary patronage of Marshal Piotr Całbecki. It is the largest event dedicated to social policy in our region.
