Support for People Affected by Domestic Violence

The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line operates under the free phone number 800 154 030. Legal and psychological consultants are available for in-person meetings in Toruń, and legal advice is also offered on designated days during monthly duty shifts in six other cities across our region.

The Blue Line is staffed daily by a lawyer and a psychologist who provide assistance with issues related to domestic violence or family problems. Their support is available, among others, to people seeking advice on matters concerning parental authority, child custody and visitation arrangements, alimony, and addiction-related issues. Consultants are on duty every day, including weekends and holidays, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line is overseen by the regional self-government, which, in cooperation with 139 municipalities, finances its operation.

Representatives of the Office for Family Support, Counteracting Violence and Addictions at the Marshal’s Office, who also provide assistance to victims, can be reached at 503 101 201. Detailed information is available at niebieskalinia.kujawsko-pomorskie.pl.
