Anniversary of the Scout House in Brodnica

The Scout House in Brodnica – an important place on the social map of the city for a decade – is celebrating its 10th anniversary today. Marshal Piotr Całbecki and member of the regional board Marek Wojtkowski took part in the anniversary celebrations.

Scouting is not only a wonderful adventure and beautiful memories, but above all an excellent educational method. It teaches responsibility, social commitment and a willingness to help. May the Scout House always remain a place of friendship, cooperation and beautiful scouting memories,” emphasised Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

On the occasion of the anniversary, an exhibition dedicated to the history of the building and the activities of the scouts was prepared in front of the building. Visitors also had the opportunity to see the interior of the headquarters, which was handed over to the scouts in 2017.

Today, the Scout House is bustling with life and serves both scouts and city residents, becoming a place of integration and joint initiatives.
