A magical farewell to the holidays

A parade of fairy-tale characters, the play ‘Brzechwa dzieciom’ (Brzechwa for Children), magic shows, cinema under the stars and night-time tours of the castle – these are just some of the attractions awaiting participants at this year’s Fairy-Tale Meeting at Bierzgłowski Castle. On Saturday (6 September), Marshal Piotr Całbecki and Bishop Arkadiusz Okroj of the Diocese of Toruń invite everyone to bid farewell to the holidays together in an extraordinary, fairy-tale setting. The event starts at 11:00 a.m.

‘This is a great opportunity to spend time with your family. Once again, we invite you to a meeting in the extraordinary setting of the castle, which enjoys great popularity every year,’ encourages Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

The event programme includes:

  • a concert of hits and karaoke
  • the play ‘Brzechwa dzieciom’ (Brzechwa for Children)
  • illusionists and competitions for children
  • an evening film screening
  • a night tour of the castle with elements of a fairy-tale adventure

And throughout the day: a fairy-tale village, a photo booth, costume rental, a knight tournament, archery and an art zone for children.

The whole event will be complemented by the night-time illumination of the castle (5-7 September from 10 p.m. to midnight), which will give it a unique, magical glow.

The Fairytale Meeting at Bierzgłowski Castle is the fourth edition of the event, which attracts more and more participants every year. Previous meetings were very popular – children and adults alike were transported into a world of fairy tales, music and fun.
