Support for People Affected by Domestic Violence
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line is available through the free phone number 800 154 030. You can meet with legal consultants and psychologists in person in Toruń, and legal advice is also provided on designated days during monthly shifts in six other cities in the region.
The Blue Line is staffed daily by a lawyer and a psychologist who offer assistance with issues related to domestic violence or family problems. Those seeking advice on matters such as parental authority, establishing personal contacts with children, alimony, and addiction problems can rely on their support. Consultants are available every day, including on holidays, from 5 PM to 9 PM.
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line is supervised by the regional self-government, which, in cooperation with 139 municipalities, finances its operation.

Legal consultants are available not only in Toruń. Once a month, you can meet specialists in Bydgoszcz, Włocławek, Grudziądz, Inowrocław, Brodnica, and Chełmno.

The Department of Social Affairs also conducts specialized consultations for members of municipal Interdisciplinary Teams and diagnostic-support groups working on domestic violence issues, held twice a month.
