Long live the holidays!

Over 346,000 students from our region are finishing the school year today. Primary school students received the most certificates today, nearly 177,000. Behind them are months of learning, challenges and tests. Now it’s time for the long-awaited holidays – rest, adventure and recharging your batteries.

Regardless of whether you are going far away or staying close to home, you have a duty to make good use of this time, giving up your routine and recharging your batteries (…) I wish you a few weeks of carefree fun, sunshine wherever you are, discovering the undiscovered, interesting encounters on tourist trails, and exciting reading,” says Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

Our students, our teachers

There are about 700 primary schools, nearly 230 secondary schools and almost 300 technical and vocational schools in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship. Together with kindergartens and other educational institutions, they provided education to over 346,000 children and young people in the past school year.

This year, over 18,000 students received their primary school leaving certificates, and over 7,000 students completed their secondary education in general secondary schools.

Not only students, but also teaching staff and school employees are starting their holidays. Nearly 81,000 people are employed in educational institutions in our region, including over 25,000 certified teachers.

When this wonderful carefree time is over, we invite you to review our student scholarship offers. Information on this subject will be posted at www.kujawsko-pomorskie.pl
