INFORMATION PORTAL OF THE MARSHAL'S OFFICE OF THE KUJAWSKO-POMORSKIE Region IN TORUŃ

On Thursday (5 June), with the participation of Marshal Piotr Całbecki, an exhibition entitled ‘Cooperatives build a better world’ was opened at the Marshal’s Office. The ceremony was held on the occasion of the United Nations’ International Year of Cooperatives 2025 and the centenary of Cooperatives Day in Poland.

‘The past century is proof of the extraordinary power of the ideas of cooperation and solidarity, which play a key role in building social bonds and supporting civic responsibility. I hope that the coming years will bring new initiatives and further successes, as well as an unwavering belief in the meaning of working for the common good,’ emphasised Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

The meeting was also attended by Dr Mieczysław Grodzki, President of the Board of the National Cooperative Council, and Marian Frąckiewicz, regional representative of the National Cooperative Council for the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship.
