INFORMATION PORTAL OF THE MARSHAL'S OFFICE OF THE KUJAWSKO-POMORSKIE Region IN TORUŃ

Jaunais Rīgas Teātris from Latvia, directed by Alvis Hermanis, inaugurated the 29th Kontakt International Theatre Festival on Friday (30 May) with their production of Black Swan. Marshal Piotr Całbecki attended the opening ceremony. The festival programme includes twelve competition performances prepared by teams from Poland and Europe, meetings with artists, screenings and concerts. The event, organised by the Horzyca Theatre, is financially supported by the regional government. The festival will end with the announcement of the results and the award ceremony on Saturday (6 June).
