European Funds Days – concerts, workshops, visits
Concerts by Marcin Wyrostek and the band Małe TGD, a family festival at the Marshal’s Office and many other interesting attractions in the region will fill the programme of the European Funds Days, which in Kujawsko-Pomorskie will last from Friday (9 May) to Sunday (11 May).
– Safe roads, modern medical equipment and social programmes responding to the needs of local residents are just some of the initiatives realised thanks to the broad stream of EU funds which have been flowing into our region for two decades. I would like to encourage you to have fun together during the European Funds Days, which not only promote projects developed thanks to EU funds, but are also a great opportunity for joint family fun,’ said Marshal Piotr Całbecki.
Our regional programmes
The regional government is one of the institutions which disposes of EU funds. Between 2014 and 2023, from the funds of our Regional Operational Programme, we implemented a total of 3,366 projects for nearly PLN 9 billion. Support has reached all the counties in Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship and both capital cities of our voivodship.
The implementation of our regional programme of the current perspective is underway: European Funds for Kuyavia and Pomerania, where contracting has already exceeded 50 per cent. We have signed over 600 contracts with a commitment of PLN 3.6 billion.
The implementation of the Rural Development Programme (RDP) of the 2014-2020 perspective, part of which was implemented by the Marshal’s Office, is coming to an end. On Monday (5 May), we handed over contracts to local authorities for the implementation of tasks in the field of water and sewage management.
Concerts and picnics during European Funds Days
One of the forms of promoting initiatives that have been carried out thanks to EU funds are the European Funds Days, which will also take place in our region.
