Mental Health Protection
Eleven non-governmental organizations have received funding from the regional budget for projects aimed at helping people with mental health issues and their families. The total amount of funds distributed as a result of an open call for proposals is 120,000 PLN.
Grants from the regional budget were awarded to third-sector organizations supporting mental health protection. Funding recipients include, among others, the Guild of Superheroes Association in Toruń, the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association – Bydgoszcz City Branch, and the Medical University of the Third Age Association in Włocławek.
The regional self-government supports projects implemented by non-governmental organizations in areas such as culture, sports, addiction prevention, social assistance, health care, tourism, activities for people with disabilities, and the development of civil society. This year, within the framework of 22 grant competitions, we have distributed a total of 6.5 million PLN.
