European Funds for Kujawsko-Pomorskie at the halfway stage
We are in the middle of the implementation of the European Funds for Kujawsko-Pomorskie, our regional programme of the current perspective. Contracting in the programme amounts to 50 per cent, which means that 611 agreements have been signed (as of 15 April) and 3.6 billion PLN has been committed. Kujawsko-Pomorskie is among the Polish regions which are most efficient in mobilising the allocated pool of funds.
– This means that in virtually every field – culture, medicine, transport, ecology, sport and social infrastructure – we are step by step implementing the planned undertakings, previously set out in the voivodeship’s development strategy. Thanks to the economy, proper management and bold decisions, it is becoming possible to carry out bold investments in both the main cities of the region and small communes,’ emphasises Marshal Piotr Całbecki.
