Support for those affected by domestic violence
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line operates under the toll-free telephone number 800 154 030. You can meet with legal consultants and psychologists in person in Toruń, and you can also receive legal advice provided on designated days, during monthly duty hours in six other cities in our region.
The Blue Line is manned daily by a lawyer and psychologist, who provide assistance in cases related to domestic violence or family problems. Among other things, their support can be counted on by those needing advice on matters relating to the exercise of parental authority, establishing personal contact with the child, alimony and addiction problems. Consultants are on duty every day, including on holidays, from 5 to 9 pm.
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line is supervised by the regional government, which finances its operation in cooperation with 131 municipalities.
