Symbols

The symbols of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship are the property of the Voivodeship and are legally protected. They were introduced by Resolution No. 444/2000 of the Regional Assembly of the Voivodeship dated July 10, 2000, regarding the establishment of the design for the coat of arms, flag, and banner, as well as other insignia of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship.

In a silver field of the coat of arms, there is a red half-eagle facing right with a golden beak, tongue, and claws, and a black half-lion facing left with a red tongue and black claws. On the heads of both the half-eagle and half-lion, there is a golden open crown adorned with red gems.
