We will recognise the best occupational therapists – applications until 30 June
The most effective and committed occupational therapy specialists will be honoured with special awards from the regional government for the sixth time this year. We invite representatives of vocational and social reintegration centres for people with disabilities, educational and healthcare institutions, as well as sanatoriums and rehabilitation centres to nominate candidates.
–The job of occupational therapist, which is relatively new and considered a profession of the future, is one of those professions for which there is a constantly growing demand, which is related, among other things, to demographic trends. We want to emphasise its social importance. We want the best specialists, whose professionalism and attitude towards their patients command the utmost respect, to become role models for the community, especially for young adepts, says Marshal Piotr Całbecki.
Occupational therapy is a form of rehabilitation aimed at people with disabilities and seniors, involving the patient in various psychomotor activities. It is commonly used, among others, in occupational therapy workshops and social welfare homes.
Applications can be submitted:
in person at the information and reception desk of the Marshal’s Office in a sealed envelope marked ‘Best Occupational Therapist of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship’
by traditional mail to the following address:
