INFORMATION PORTAL OF THE MARSHAL'S OFFICE OF THE KUJAWSKO-POMORSKIE Region IN TORUŃ

Vice-Marshal Aneta Jędrzejewska and Regional Assembly Councillor Tadeusz Pogoda met today (26 September) at the Regional Cultural Animation Centre in Toruń with the winners of our “Rodzynki z pozarządówki” competition. This year, we awarded eleven outstanding social initiatives. Downloadable photos available.

“Third-sector institutions operating in Kujawsko-Pomorskie are important partners of the regional self-government in almost every area of social and economic life. We are pleased to recognise and support, in particular, the smaller NGOs – those based mainly on volunteer work – whose interesting and innovative activities can serve as inspiration for others,” emphasised Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

Among the laureates were: the Bydgoszcz-based Association of Art Creators “Współ.gra”, the Rural Women’s Association in Cielęta (Brodnica County), the Makowo Foundation from Świecie, the WLC24.TV Association – Better Opportunities Video Portal from Włocławek, the PRO FUTURO Association (Lipno County), the 553 Association (Toruń County), the Emerald Peacock Association (Aleksandrów County), and the Entrepreneurship Support Centre in Lipno.

Honourable mentions went to: the Rural Women’s Association in Dzikowo, the “Szansa” Association for Supporting People with Mental Disorders (Mogilno County), and the Beekeeping Enthusiasts’ Association from Toruń County.

A special award for organising the 2nd Potato Dumpling Festival in Dzikowo was given to the Rural Women’s Association in Dzikowo.

Among last year’s award-winning initiatives were the Lavender Festival in Kujawy, the Łazieniec Photography Festival “In the Wonderful Backwoods of Edward Stachura”, and the rock marathon Riskrock 2023. [See previous “Rodzynki z pozarządówki” winners]
