Time to shop from local producers
Orders for fresh products from regional producers in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region can be placed until 31 March. The offer includes, among others, cheeses, cured meats, fish, bread, honey, and fruit and vegetable preserves prepared in small farms and family-run workshops.
“The naszelokalne.pl project shows that good food can reach our tables directly from local producers. In this way we support farmers and small farms in the region, while residents gain access to fresh, trusted products of high quality,” emphasises Marshal Piotr Całbecki.
With the approaching Easter holidays, the store has also introduced a wide selection of products ideal for the festive table – white sausages, pâtés, traditional hams and artisanal cheeses prepared according to proven recipes by local producers.
The shop operates according to the idea of short food supply chains – products reach customers directly from farmers and producers. Orders are collected in advance so that deliveries can take place shortly after production or harvest, ensuring the food retains its freshness and natural flavour. Products are packed in reusable eco-friendly bags.
The next delivery will take place on 19 March, and ordered products can be collected at three locations in Toruń:
- Marshal’s Office, Plac Teatralny 2 – buffet, 3rd floor (2:30–4:00 p.m.)
- Marshal’s Office, 73 Maria Skłodowska-Curie Street – room 16 (2:30–4:30 p.m.)
- Nicolaus Copernicus University Auditorium, 11 Jurija Gagarina Street (3:00–4:00 p.m.)
Within the city of Toruń, purchases can also be delivered directly to homes between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the same day. Courier delivery via DPD FOOD will take place on 20 March.
Another Easter delivery is also planned:
- Collection in Toruń: 2 April
- Courier delivery: 3 April
- Order deadline: 30 March (Monday) by 6:00 a.m.
Products available in the shop are not only used in home kitchens. Many of them are also featured in the menu of Restauracja Stodoła, where local ingredients form the basis of the dishes served. Some products can also be purchased directly at the restaurant, combining a visit for a meal with shopping for regional specialties.
