Support for Victims of Domestic Violence

Call the free Kujawsko-Pomorska Helpline (Niebieska Linia) at 800 154 030 for legal and psychological assistance. Consultations are available in person in Toruń and during monthly legal duty hours in six other cities across the region.

The helpline is staffed daily, including weekends, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., by a lawyer and a psychologist who provide help with domestic violence and family issues such as parental authority, child contact, alimony, and addiction problems.

The Kujawsko-Pomorska Helpline is supervised and funded by the regional government in cooperation with 139 municipalities.

The Department of Social Affairs also provides twice-monthly expert consultations for members of local Interdisciplinary Teams and diagnostic–support groups dealing with domestic violence.
