Support for people affected by domestic violence
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line operates under the toll-free number 800 154 030. You can meet with legal and psychological consultants in person in Toruń, but you can also take advantage of legal advice provided on specific days during monthly duty hours in six other cities in our region.
The Blue Line is staffed on a daily basis by a lawyer and a psychologist who provide assistance in cases of domestic violence or family problems. Their support can be relied upon, among others, by those needing advice on matters relating to the exercise of parental authority, the establishment of personal contact with the child, alimony and addiction problems. Consultants are on duty every day, also on non-working days, from 5 to 9 pm.
The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line is supervised by the regional government, which finances its operation in cooperation with 139 municipalities.
Representatives of the Office for Family Support, Counteracting Violence and Addictions of the Marshal’s Office, who also provide support to victims, can be contacted at 503 101 201. Detailed information is available at the website niebieskalinia.kujawsko-pomorskie.pl
