Support for people affected by domestic violence

The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line operates under the free-of-charge telephone number 800 154 030. Legal and psychological consultants are available for in-person consultations in Toruń. In addition, legal advice is provided on designated days during monthly duty hours in six other cities across the region.

The Blue Line is staffed daily by a lawyer and a psychologist who offer assistance in matters related to domestic violence and family problems. Support is available, among others, to individuals seeking advice on issues such as parental authority, arrangements for personal contact with a child, alimony, and problems related to addiction. Consultants are on duty every day, including public holidays, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Blue Line is supervised by the regional self-government, which finances its operation in cooperation with 140 municipalities.

Representatives of the Family Support, Violence Prevention and Addiction Office of the Marshal’s Office, who also provide assistance to those affected, can be contacted at +48 503 101 201. Detailed information is available at niebieskalinia.kujawsko-pomorskie.pl.
