INFORMATION PORTAL OF THE MARSHAL'S OFFICE OF THE KUJAWSKO-POMORSKIE Region IN TORUŃ

Families from Toruń, Grudziądz, and the Golub-Dobrzyń County will receive assistance as part of the “Szlachetna Paczka” (Noble Gift) initiative, which was supported by employees of the Marshal’s Office in Toruń. Beneficiaries will receive stoves, clothing, a washing machine, food, and cleaning supplies. The packages were prepared with the participation of Marshal Piotr Całbecki and Member of the Regional Executive Board of the Region, Marek Wojtkowski.

“Szlachetna Paczka responds to the needs of specific people. At the Marshal’s Office and across Poland, we collect funds and buy concrete items so that the holidays can be joyful and pleasant for those who face financial, material, or health difficulties on a daily basis. I thank everyone for supporting this noble initiative,” said Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

The Marshal’s Office has been participating in “Szlachetna Paczka” for 14 years. This year, 12,000 PLN was raised for the cause. The assistance will go to Ms. Karolina and her son, Ms. Anna, and Ms. Aneta.

“Szlachetna Paczka” is a nationwide social project organized by the Wiosna Association. The aim of the initiative is to help families who, through no fault of their own, find themselves in difficult financial situations. Prepared packages are delivered to those in need two weeks before Christmas.
