Newly Appointed Officials Take the Oath of Office
“I solemnly vow that in the position I hold, I will serve the Polish state and the regional government community, abide by the rule of law, and diligently perform the tasks entrusted to me” – these were the words of the oath taken today (January 22) by 24 employees of the Marshal’s Office of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region, completing their preparatory service.
– As officials, we carry a significant responsibility – serving the residents of our region. I trust that by diligently fulfilling your duties, you will rise to all professional challenges. I wish you much success and satisfaction in your careers, – emphasized Marshal Piotr Całbecki.
According to the Act on Regional Self-Government Employees, individuals starting work in regional self-government units for the first time in administrative (including managerial) positions sign a fixed-term employment contract for up to six months. During this period, they are required to complete preparatory service. They then take an exam, the successful completion of which is a prerequisite for continued employment.

- Social Affairs and Health
- International Cooperation
- Road Infrastructure
- Agriculture and Geodesy
- Audit and Control
- Environment
- Transport
- Public Procurement, Ownership Supervision, and Investments
- European Funds Management for Kujawy and Pomorze
- European Funds Implementation for Kujawy and Pomorze
- Sport and Tourism
This marks the 49th oath-taking ceremony for officials at the Marshal’s Office since the enactment of the November 21, 2008, Act on Regional Self-Government Employees.
