From April, flights to Frankfurt

On 27 April, German Lufthansa will resume direct flights between Bydgoszcz and Frankfurt am Main. At Bydgoszcz Airport, representatives of the kujawskie business community met yesterday (25 March) in the presence of Deputy Marshal Zbigniew Ostrowski with representatives of the Lufthansa Group, whose aircraft will be flying to this key European hub five times a week.

We are delighted that Lufthansa is returning to our airport after a break. This is good news for the people of the region, for Bydgoszcz Airport and for the regional government, which is the main shareholder of PLB,’ Zbigniew Ostrowski, Vice-Marshal, stressed during yesterday’s meeting.

Frankfurt am Main, Germany’s largest commercial airport, serves up to 240,000 passengers daily, offering connections to 200 cities around the world, including New York, Tokyo, Dubai, London, Paris and Rome.
