Escapade. Explore the region with a guide (photos)

The tourist season has begun. Thematic walks, workshops, field games, hiking and cycling rallies – more than a hundred events as part of this year’s Escapade – attracted tourists.

The campaign is coordinated by the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship’s regional government, and partners include the Tourist Guides’ Self-Government of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship, the Kujawsko-Pomorska Tourist Organisation and non-governmental organisations, municipalities, universities and businesses from the entire region.

At the same time, the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Tourist Organisation promoted the tourist attractions of the region in Brussels and Legnica. In the Brussels Mini-Europe Park, together with the Polish Tourist Organisation and the Polish Embassy in Belgium, the most interesting attractions of our voivodeship were presented. Participants in the event could also take part in workshops led by the Live Gingerbread Museum from Toruń and the Museum of Soap and the History of Dirt from Bydgoszcz.

In Legnica, during the opening of the tourist season in Lower Silesia, the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Tourist Organisation together with its partners – Bydgoszcz, Toruń and Włocławek – promoted, among other things, the Borowiacka trails and opportunities for active recreation in the Brodnica Lake District and the Tuchola Forest.
