Colorful Chain of Hands Wrapped the Christmas Tree at the Marshal’s Office
Children from the “Lokomotywa” Preschool Point in Toruń were guests of the Executive Board Member of the region, Marek Wojtkowski. The occasion for the meeting was the upcoming Christmas holidays and the related initiative of creating a colorful chain of hands, which symbolizes support and offering a helping hand to others.
– “Today’s visit of the exceptional children from the ‘Lokomotywa’ preschool in Toruń was an incredibly moving event, bringing not only a festive atmosphere to my office but also immense joy. The tree, decorated by the children with their handmade ornaments, became a symbol of their creativity and unique sensitivity. The visit of Santa Claus and small gifts were a beautiful addition to this meeting, reminding us all of the power of community and the importance of supporting every child. I thank you for this unforgettable moment, which filled us all with the true spirit of Christmas,” said Executive Board Member Marek Wojtkowski after the meeting.
The meeting was also attended by the Vice-President of the Regional Parliament, Katarzyna Lubańska.
The “Lokomotywa” Non-Public Preschool Point in Toruń provides comprehensive education and therapy for children with disabilities.
