2025 goose carcasses to be won!

We are launching this year’s campaign, ‘Kujawsko-Pomorskie goose meat for St. Martin’s Day’. Residents of Kujawsko-Pomorskie can look forward to 2,025 goose carcasses funded by the Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship. Local and regional media outlets have launched competitions with goose carcasses as prizes.

In Kujawsko-Pomorskie, we have created a beautiful tradition – we celebrate Independence Day with our families, around a table laden with goose meat. Join the competitions and win prizes. I am sure that together we will celebrate this day joyfully and proudly – with the taste of our Kujawsko-Pomorskie goose meat,” announces Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

Twenty-seven local and regional media outlets will join the campaign. Newspapers, television and radio programmes, and websites will feature quizzes and games with prizes of goose carcasses from Kołuda Wielka (Inowrocław County).

The prizes will be awarded to the winners of the competitions on Saturday, 25 October, at collection points located in the following cities:

  • Aleksandrów Kujawski
  • Brodnica
  • Bydgoszcz
  • Chełmno
  • Chełmża
  • Golub-Dobrzyń
  • Grudziądz
  • Inowrocław
  • Lipno
  • Mogilno
  • Nakło
  • Radziejów
  • Rypin
  • Sępólno Krajeńskie
  • Świecie
  • Toruń
  • Tuchola
  • Wąbrzeźno
  • Włocławek
  • Żnin.

The goose carcass distribution schedule will be published in mid-October.

This year, we are changing the way vouchers are distributed to winners. Until now, they were sent by post to the winners’ home addresses.

Now, each winner will receive a text message with information about their win and detailed instructions. Individual QR codes, which we will send directly to the mobile numbers of the competition participants, will authorise them to collect their goose meat.

But that’s not all! The Marshal’s Office will also prepare its own goose meat competitions – an art competition for children and a competition for families to write the best account of a festive dinner with goose meat as the main dish. The prize pool will include gift cards for a chain of household appliance stores. Details will soon be available at www.kujawsko-pomorskie.pl.

The finale of the entire project will be the Goose Festival, which will feature tastings, a fair of regional products and handicrafts, concerts, competitions with prizes, and the announcement of the winners of the Golden Goose poll – an award for the best goose meat producers.

We invite you to participate in the competitions and celebrate together.
