More than 1,500 toddlers from across the region are taking part in daily English classes as part of the “Bilingual Kindergarteners of Kujawsko-Pomorskie” project. Thanks to EU funds from the European Funds for Kujawsko-Pomorskie 2021-27, the establishments have also been equipped with educational materials and teaching aids.

– Knowledge of English opens doors to the world. No one needs to be convinced that the earlier we start learning foreign languages, the easier it is to absorb new knowledge. I’m glad that our program is also being implemented in smaller towns, where foreign language tutors are often simply in short supply, emphasizes Marshal Piotr Całbecki.

The project includes English language learning in accordance with the International Program of Universal Bilingualism Bilingual Future. 31 kindergartens joined the pilot stage. As part of the task, we have equipped the establishments with multimedia equipment, teaching aids and art materials. Teacher training is underway. Parents will also gain access to a bilingualism platform and exercise kits for their children. The value of the project exceeds 5 million zlotys.
